The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The Master is a large room with a double bed, the second bedroom is also large with 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed to sleep a further 2 people. There is also a double and a single sofa bed in the lounge.

We recently re-fitted the bathroom with a powerful shower, bath and toilet, plus there is an extra toilet in separate room - handy when your daughter spends hours in the bathroom!

Other facilities include a modern re-fitted kitchen, lounge with double glazed doors to extremely large balcony (with table & chairs) overlooking the marina - a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. There is a washing machine, microwave, oven & hob, TV, DVD, Stereo plus all the usual facilities.


The beautiful Arenal Beach is within 2 minutes walk along the marina path. This is an enormous, safe & beautifully clean (blue flag) beach with sunbeds, playgrounds & WC's on the beach plus an excellent selection of restaurants as well as banks and shops along the promenade.


There are also 2 nice Swimming Pools within 2 minutes walk of the apartment, each having a restaurant, one English and one Spanish. Our children love these pools and we often spend part of the day at the beach and part at one of these pools. The beach, pools and apartment are all within 100 metres of each other so it is easy to move from one place to another on foot.
