Spacious luxury villa with its own private floodlit pool (9m. x 4m.). South facing, with panoramic views down the valley over Javea golf course to the sea. Quietly situated on a large private plot on a select development. About forty-five minutes drive from the airport at Alicante, a little more from Valencia.

One double bedroom with king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and access directly onto the pool terrace. Two twin-bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower room. Bathroom with separate shower. Linen is included but towels for beach and pool will be required.
Change of linen after first week.

Light and spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite and Spanish terrestrial TV, DVD and stereo / CD. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave with grill etc.

Covered terrace with patio table & chairs. Large terrace with sunbeds. Built-in barbeque.

Close to Javea Golf Club. 30 Minutes drive to Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar. Only 8 to 10 minutes drive from the many beaches and restaurants at Javea and Moraira. One restaurant within easy walking distance and others nearby.

A car is highly recommended and ample parking is provided.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
