2 Bedroom Duplex Apartment

The living area is on the first floor and opens out onto a terrace for alfresco evenings. A fully fitted kitchen leads to a small utility area with washing machine and shower room. From here there is access the pool area. The master bedroom has air conditioning, and leads onto its own private balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and fans for keeping cool. There is a fully fitted toilet and bathroom up stairs and a toilet and shower room down stairs. Linen and towels provided.

Access
The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance.
There is a private car park and a key for the automatic gate is provided.

There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps 2. An air conditioned 7 seater people carrier is available for airport Pick-up/drop-off or for any trips during your stay. Please ask for details.

Sleeping
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General
The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

Entertainment
The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

Eating & living
There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
